  If I could give zero stars I would. On October 12th at 6:20 pm, the 2 female employees were extremely rude and after ordering they just seemed annoyed to just do their job. It starts at the window, i asked if they had something and she said give me a minute. I waited a few, she comes back on the speaker and says yes we have it. So I order it and a few other things. When I get to the window she said oh we don’t have them, ok, so I order something else. The whole order was wrong from the drink to the food and half of the food was black and the other half was completely squished. When I asked them to replace the black burnt items they were standing there looking at me through the window with the worst look on their faces and then rolled their eyes and proceeded to look like they were extremely bothered by working or just doing their job. It’s not even like I was rude, i asked as nicely as anyone could and even stated that I hate to do this I’m sorry but…. I will even mention that they didn’t wear gloves and the girl who handed me my drink which wasn’t what I ordered had whipped cream all over her finger which means her finger was in the drink she gave me. After the rudeness and then seeing how disgusting everything was from start to finish, I will never go there again. The employees should be trained on good and proper customer service and food service cleanliness and sanitation. If they don’t want to work there they should just quit. They shouldn’t treat paying customers the way they just did, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Im sure they wouldn’t want burnt food either or someone’s finger in their drinks. Do better Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been a daily customer for 15 years. No one should go to this location, you have been warned.

  My wife waited for the restroom to see a male employee come out of the woman’s restroom. Very dissapointed

  Worst Dunkin Service ever, and Justin I don’t forgot about you that you purposefully neglected my order, you were hanging around, looking me looking away and not doing anything till I asked you where the rest of my order was. I have never send any negative review to any Dunkin branch, but this one, come such a bad experience. I was going to write what everything happened, but when I looked into the rest of the comments section….To management, you should train your employees better and make sure to have a store manager present at all times, or appoint one of the shift employees as a shift supervisor. Worst Dunkin experience ever. I hope Dunkin algorithm picks this message up and investigates. Maybe this Dunkin even needs to be shut off or replace the team……whatever At the end I got my money back here is the pic ! You are not getting my businesssssss !!!!
