  This is the most efficient Dunkin Donuts I've ever gotten breakfast from. I've been there a few times now and each time they have a line as long as the rest of them but I get through so fast and the quality of food is equivalent or better than other Dunkin Donuts.

  It’s a nice little Dunkin. I walked there because my tire was getting fixed at town fair. I sat with my coffee just as I ordered nice and strong. The workers were friendly and the place was clean

  The only reason I go here when home is because there is no other option in East Hartford... I do not drive ... This dunkins nothing is done in a timely fashion and if you buy a coffee go outside and sit in your car to enjoy the coffee and need to use the restroom in the interim - They will charge you to get the bathroom code ( even though you didn't use it the first time

  Waited in line for 20 minutes which I’m always willing to do if my order is correct. But instead of a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel I got a banged up bagel with cream cheese on half of it because it was done so fast. What even happened to this bagel to make it look like a triangle? With lines that long there is no way to go back and get this fixed before work. Unfortunate as I can’t get my money back unless I go after work now.
