- AKAmanda KSep 20, 20253.0Their drive thru service is absolutely terrible. I've only been there 2 times. Once close to when they opened and it took them forever. I went again recently and it was exactly the same. You pull up to the speaker they tell you to wait, if you hear any response at all, then you wait longer, you finally order then you pull around to where the window is. You'll be lucky if there aren't cars still backed up. But you'll still have to wait at the window for someone to show up and when they do it's here's your food and they take your payment. It's the longest drive thru time for any place ever and it's a donut shop. Really?
