  Totally average everything. Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 donuts and a black coffee. So make me understand why the cashiers hands me a cumbersome piece of machinery with 5 different options to tip her. 10%, 15%, 20%, 50%, Custom %? Do you really pay your employees so little that you’re asking me for a tip on you handing me a donut? ——last visit to Dunkin

  Came about an hour before close to no one answering the drive thru. No one at the window. The workers seemed to be sitting at a table and not answering anyone? You can't up your reviews by not serving customers.

  as my first time coming here, i was dissatisfied and disappointed. drive through worker was rude, and looked like she had an attitude while serving my coffee.

  The staff is almost always exceptional. My order is always ready when I show up after ordering on the app and the drinks are made consistent and well every time. Lillie always gives top notch service and radiates joy and kindness in every interaction. It’s always a treat when I hear Lillie’s voice through the speaker. 5 star service consistently.
