  I come to Dunkin 4–5 times a day, every day. I know exactly what a medium iced latte should look like. I ordered medium with light ice, and I basically got a small drink in a medium cup. Light ice shouldn’t mean less drink. Also, when I walked in, the kiosk was right by the entrance, but I didn’t notice it because I was looking at the snacks on the side. Nobody bothered to tell me that I had to order at the kiosk. Staff just ignored me. This kind of cheapness ruins Dunkin’s name. Very disappointing.

  I came for national coffee day. I've always been a Dunkin fan. This location was clean, quiet, and fast service.

  When they first opened they were great. I was in last week and the place looked dirty. We came for the ice cream. My husband ordered a banana split. No bananas. This was around 2 in the afternoon. If you are out of bananas there is an Aldi's and Giant Eagle nearby. Staff was so so. Ended up with scoops of ice cream instead of the banana split. No way I will go back.
