  I waited in drive for 38 minutes. I sat at the window for 7 minutes saying hello... hello ...hello . I finally drove up . The manager young , strawberry blonde hair guy told me ... i should have waited longer at the window. He told me i had to go back and get in line ........the line was even longer than when i got there. Im a regular customer. I go there twice a day . It felt like a slap in the face . The remodeling looks nice now they need to work on the managers . Your only as strong as your leaders!!!

  Do NOT go to this dunkin donuts. Everytime I go its aggravation! Placed order got to window and they do not have anything I ordered then they wont give me my money back!!! Wtheck!?

  Worst experience ever with service and my order. I was the 2nd car in line gave her my order drove up took a bit then asked me what I ordered told her 2 lg hot coffees 1 medium ice coffee didnt have all my order was missing the medium iced coffee and after we left and got home one of my coffees had a inch of coffee grounds in it! The other one didnt taste good at all sadly ruined everything! Dunkin has always been my favorite place to go now I will have to check everything before I leave!!

  Workers did not mention my presence when I walked in to pick up my order. Not a single " I'll be right with you" literally nothing! Ignored me the whole time
