- FBFinley BJun 7, 20251.0The guy at the drive thru was very rude. We asked to get no ice in our drink to avoid it becoming watery. He proceeds to tell us they can’t do that, which is totally fine. Then he charged us $2 dollars to add no ice, after saying he couldn’t do it. We asked for light ice to avoid the up charge by which he responded by yelling at us. Completely uncalled for and will not be going back there.
