  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin location today. I ordered a hash brown wake-up wrap, and when I received it, the bag was greasy and messy with sauce and grease all over it. The wrap itself was brittle and unappetizing. On top of that, this location (along with the one on SR 54) never seems to provide napkins, you practically have to beg to get any. It’s frustrating and makes the experience feel careless and unpleasant.

  L pumpkin latte signature was more like a S size and the whip cream, maybe got it to be a M! Very disappointed after being 1st time back to Dunkin after a long while

  I usually hit this Dunkin’ in the mornings, and the AM staff is not entirely the friendliest. Today (August 20th around 1:20 PM), I pulled up and was surprised. The afternoon crew was hands-down the NICEST, funniest, most positive Dunkin’ team I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. The vibe was immaculate. The energy? Unmatched. The jokes? On point. Honestly, it felt less like ordering a coffee and more like pulling up to a comedy club with lattes. The young lady at the drive-thru window especially—she deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably her own talk show. This team turned my quick coffee run into the highlight of my day. Whoever was working that shift, keep them forever. Dunkin’, take notes: THAT’S how you do customer service.
