  I ordered a dozen donuts from this location mostly for my kids, I love jelly donuts although I don’t eat donuts very much but when I do it’s jelly. Idk who bakes and fills the donuts at this location but all my jelly donuts were almost empty! It was filled to the size of an actual quart! I paid almost $18 for that box! The donuts also didn’t taste very fresh at all. I won’t be returning to buy anything here. It’s overpriced and low quality. I thinking they have way too many teenagers that don’t care about anything and they are also very rude at this location!

  I always come by this Dunkin’ before work because it is easily the most consistent one in town. Others always seem to vary on how much cream/syrup/sugar they actually put in the drinks. This Dunkin’ location runs smoothly and has very nice staff like Katie, Kylie, and Brooklyn who are always friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend coming to this location as it has me coming back consistently.

  Waited in line forever for an iced coffee. Ordered a simple large iced coffee. Came out totally wrong. Realized this once we were home. Tried calling to request a refund, was met with the most passive aggressive and un-empathetic response ever…. Didn’t even receive an apology until I told them their response to my inquiry felt very odd. When a customer calls to tell you that you made their drink wrong, the least you can say is “sorry”. The person I spoke with didn’t seem to even care that the drink was made wrong. Not her problem! Right? They said they couldn’t give me a refund over the phone. 7Brew customer service over the phone is amazing. If your drink is wrong, they apologize and invite you back for a complimentary drink when it’s convenient for you to come back. I guess I’ll be taking my business to 7Brew instead of this Dunkin from now on. This isn’t the first time they’ve got this very simple drink over wrong, either. I guess they can’t be bothered to put Splenda in a drink!
