  If I could give zero stars I would! I order a chicken roasted pepper wrap before a meeting. The "Manager" Charity takes my payment. I'm waiting for my food to come up, they help a few others. I hear the worker say to Charity something and she says she is right behind you tell her that. They proceed to say what I have ordered is too frozen and not available! Instantly I'm pissed because they could have checked before taking my money! I'm explaining this to the uneducated workers and their attitudes are HORRIBLE! GIVE ME MY DAMN MONEY BACK! I ask for the Manager Charity says it's her I ask for the name of the manager over her of course she says she doesn't know! DO NOT PATRONIZE! My coworkers order was incorrect also!

  They ran out of oat milk... My only "complaint" . I love going here for my favorite drink and getting ready for my day.

  Im a student in a program visiting today July 17 and it was by far the WORST experience ever. I understand with a lot of children here it might be stressful but my goodness. I had my order wrong and let her know. Then she began to say how i need to learn manners and how i grabbed the wrong drink even though my order sticker was on the drink. She threw my old cup against the wall making a scene for absolutely nothing. Shes apparently the supervisor but if she cant handle working somewhere that will have events and mix of children and adults then this isn't the place for her to be working.
