  I came to this Dunkin at 1230 sep 23 with my sister and we order 2# 6$ meals and the two young females that was working on that shift took there time as made everything and it came out great food Md coffee where 10/10 great jobs lady loved the team work

  I’ve been coming to this DD since it opened, hoping it would get better, but after the last interaction I had I will not be going back. I ordered ahead and saw that my avocado toast was missing bacon (they have consistently messed up my orders there so I checked). I waited for someone to come by who I could ask for help from, but the staff who was making food avoided eye contact and walked away when I tried to talk to her. So I let the other staff making coffee know that my order was missing bacon, which would end up being the worst mistake I could make. She responded in a hostile tone as though I demanded she make my bacon that very second, and I told her that I just wanted to let someone know so they could communicate it to the team. She responds back even more condescendingly and proceeds to start complaining openly to all the staff about it (which is unfortunately a common experience I’ve had there but never about me) I’ve never had such horrible customer service in my life. They threw the bacon on the toast when I wasn’t aware and proceeded to let me stand there for 20 minutes waiting, without saying a word.

  At what point will the owner wake up and realize they hired the worst of the worst? Literally every time I've gone in I'm met with worse service than the time before. Always an attitude. If anyone actually smiled their faces would crack. I get that working at Dunkin isn't anyone's dream job but seriously. I've decided that it's just not worth it anymore. I'll drive out of my way to never go there again.

  Worst Dunkin Donuts out there, the worst service you can possibly experience, lazy workers that take forever to make a simple order just to mess it up in the end. You have to repeat your order several times and they will still forget to make something. They all have a terrible work ethic, you are better off just going to a different Dunkin Donuts. AVOID
