- PJPatrick Jay1 day ago5.0I used to brag about the N. Elm Dunkin, but lately the sandwich maker isn't reading tickets and screwing things up. Beth at the counter is great, Vicky in the drive thru rocks. Just that one idiot. I've switched to this Dunkin because everything is right, every single time. Counter and kitchen works great and every one is wonderful.
- TTTaiSep 25, 20251.0I was in this morning ordered an iced latte The young girl at the drive thru window was rude .!l I asked her if it was a latte . The coffee handed to me look like just only milk. I asked if they would change it and she said “well this is already made” wow talk about no customer service . 2nd time my wrap is hard over cooked and hash browns cold. Also if you have free coffee from your points don’t order a latte it’s not included!! It doesn’t say that in the description.
