  I work at PPAC, and stop here very often to get donuts for the crew backstage. They're really great, almost always provide fast service, and have never been dealt with unfairly or unkindly. As far as Downtown Dunkin's go, this is one of the best.

  Don't use order ahead at this Dunkin for sandwiches, they won't make the order ahead of time and will make you wait in line to correct your order and say they couldn't make it initially because they're out of whatever bagel or croissant you ordered. I've tried ordering ahead with every possible type of bread with the same response and almost every time they actually have the bagel/ croissant in stock. It doesn't matter if you order at 8 AM or 3 PM, they will be "out of stock" and not make the sandwich. I've paid for 4 sandwiches that they didn't end up making and several times they've told me they'll remember my name next time and make the sandwich with a substitute bread so it's ready to pick up (has never happened). It's really frustrating as a fellow food service worker who only has a 10 minute break and can't wait an extra 25 minutes for a sandwich that was supposed to be ready for pickup. I've also been accused of stealing a gatorade from the case when I paid for it ahead of time on the app/ picked up my coffee to go from the stand. Highly recommend checking out the Smith Hill Dunkin instead, the team is super nice and the sandwiches are always perfect!

  Angel is a wonderful staff who is the perfect example of a top employee as he knows his work and knows how to be smiling and perfect in knowing his customers . I highly recommend this man for a promotion 👏 he deserves more and more .
