  This is the third location and the third time that the order was screwed up. I ordered an extra large hot decaf. Coffee black no sugar Instead, I got a large coffee with cream and sugar. Put my coffee in my cup holder to let it cool down. Drove away 30 minutes later. Finally took a sip and it was the wrong coffee They don't understand or speak english And i'm tired of dunkin' donuts, franchising out to foreigners I am tired of spending money and getting the wrong product. Your company has gone downhill drastically in the past year I will soon stop drinking dunkin and going to only local coffee shops where people speak english and get your order correct

  Always quick and delicious! They always offer to give our pups a pup cup and this is part of the reason why we go to Dunkin! Keep it up!

  Every time I go here they either don’t know their menu or they just don’t understand me. My order gets messed up 95% of the time.

  I don't know what it is about this location but they simply have bad staff - they either don't understand what you are ordering or don't know their own menu. I never get the correct items.
