- TWTia WilliamsOct 23, 20252.0I only go to this location because it’s super close to my work and 7 Brew doesn’t offer food/ Dutch Bros food is verrrrry limited. Every time I come here, I wait 10 mins+ in the drive through to pay and get my food. Even when I order ahead through the mobile app, I still wait over 10 mins and the drive through/inside will be empty. I 98% of the time get hashbrowns (sometimes loaded) which are usually undercooked/soggy. I always have to check my bag before pulling away to only end up asking for a fork (loaded hashbrowns) and napkins which is ridiculous. I’ve always just assumed they were understaffed and maybe disorganized some but lately it’s gotten bad. The other locations in Morristown and in Jeff City are so much better in my opinion. Guess I’ll have to start changing up my routine and go elsewhere ˙◠˙

- JNJ NJul 6, 20255.0I get a monthly credit on my card for Dunkin Donuts so I order from here A LOT. My go-to sandwich is the avocado toast which they do fine, and I have about 3 drinks that I love. Once they let me try a drink I was curious about, and they said if I didn't like it, they would make me another. No issues with the staff -- they have been friendly. And fast enough.

Long faces, if you hate your job, if you don't like to deal with customer service or people get another job. Be polite, and be courteous to customers. if you walk to a place and say "good morning," and get answered, "What you need." Horrible experience seeing young people in such bad mood.
