The coffee isn’t made correct and the new staff has the absolute worst attitude. I use to go at least 4-5 times per week and now I will not go anymore because of how awful the drinks and staff are.

They are customer oriented and nice. It’s good to see employees get along giggling and working hard. They were literally working hard! And she made my drink to perfection 💕 Just like home! 😊

Stood for 3 minutes before an older gentleman came out and said they were closed. I said "nope, it says 4pm. He said look closer it says 2pm. I said you cant tell and may want to fix that. Not only that but the door was unlocked. Are you sure you're closed?" We didnt get to order. The guy was nice but this is crazy. Closing at 2pm on Minday!?! I know franchise has the discretion on hours, but the damn door was unlocked, store wide open, and no one inside.
- AWAlex WagenerOct 6, 20251.0Never been here before so I decided to stop and try one of their Frozen coffees cuz somebody recommended it. It was probably the worst coffee I have ever tasted.it tasted like bitter chocolate syrup and burnt coffee first they hand it to me and there is so much whipped cream and chocolate syrup on this thing that is leaking on the sides and the top. It is a sugar monstrosity. I got a donut too it was okay not bad but not good either.... But the least it was edible
