  I'm on vacation I ordered a Avocado toast with bacon, no bacon at all that I paid for. Made my frozen coffee wrong. Very Rude

  The wife and I are on Vacation and wanted some donuts to pig out on because its our cheat week. When looking at the donuts all I could see were flies buzzing around in the donut box. Unfortunately we will probably never go to a Dunkin Donuts again because of that.

  Stopped in today for a drink and couple of donuts. The young man working the counter, Raef, was the only one there working and holding it down. Even with just him; he did not get flustered, had a great attitude and apologized for the wait which was not necessary!

  I don’t usually complain but I’m seriously disappointed today- I didn’t recognize any of the crew either. I always order ahead and my coffee was made incorrectly, my bagel was hard, the boxes for the wraps were greasy and they forgot the cream cheese as well even after waiting a few extra minutes at the window, which I’m usually fine with, IF the order is right. I ordered some bagel bites yesterday as well and they were not fully heated through either. Should probably wait a few weeks to return while the new crew is being trained.
