    Mediocre products and poor customer service. I ordered something on the app that they didn’t have in store. Not only were they unwilling to help me figure out how to get a refund (because I ordered on the app) but they were very rude and dismissive. The store is clearly unprepared for this kind of situation and they have no interest in helping customers. They didn’t even offer an alternative, they just wanted to keep my money. They told me I had to “deal with it in the app” and let me tell you, Dunkin’s app doesn’t offer returns or refunds, both of their customer service phone numbers are disconnected and the virtual bot won’t even connect to a human representative. I will no longer give Dunkin any of my money.

    Paid for a coffee I didn't get because they started brewing it after giving me my donuts. Took 15 minutes to throw donuts in a box for me when I was the only person in store. I'll go to Meijer gas station from now on, way better prices, coffee and service.

    Absolutely terrible service. They didn't have egg for my bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, so I requested extra bacon on it. They charged me an extra $1.00 for more bacon, only to be given 2 teeny tiny little morsels of bacon total that I wouldn't even count as 1 piece combined. I was also supposed to get cold foam on my coffee and the photo provided is what I received. On top of that, the lady at the window was talking to us, turned around mid sentence, took off her headset, and shut the window. So we had no idea if we even got all of our order. Definitely not going back, as this isn't the first time we've been there and had bad service.

    Unfortunately this location has been routinely understaffed and painfully slow (15-20+ minute wait times on mobile orders), especially on the weekends. Most visits it takes multiple reminders and check ins with the staff either to get the order corrected or fulfilled. Related, the sit down area inside is often dirty/neglected. I wish it were different, but this has been my experience 6+ times over the past year+.
