  The manager that works here was an older white lady when I came in today. I literally explained nicely that my hashbrowns look burnt. I’m thinking that she was going to do something, she laughed and said “ that’s not burnt, that’s done” in a condescending way. I showed them to her and got pushback like she didn’t care or want to replace them, then she got an attitude and walked off. I wasn’t even rude, angry, or mean. I tried to tell her that I wanted a refund for JUST the hashbrowns but she wasn’t even trying to listen.. she was mumbling to her employees about how I didn’t like the hash browns. I guess one of her employees told her that I said I only wanted a refund for the hashbrowns. So she walks up to me.( I’m still holding the bag with the rest of my order) She said “give me all that” in an annoyed voice, I handed her my order.. I’m confused but also thinking she was going to remake the whole order, but she throws it in the trash right in front of me. Then hands me my whole refund for my order and said “here you go” in the nastiest tone ever. Please take everyone’s advice here and go to another one. This one is horrible with customer service.

  Slowest place ever!!! Over 30 min wait in drive thru for an EXPRESS location. Refused to take orders at drive thru unless it was a mobile order.

  It should not take 30 minutes in the drive-through with two cars in front of mine at 8am, absolutely ridiculous, then to go inside and the customers inside have already been taken care of and people behind the counter were just standing there while cars wrapped around the building. I think I’ll stick to the other south church st and maple ave locations. Highly disappointed in this location.

  If I could leave no stars, I would. I placed a mobile order & when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 30min for my order to be prepared. I was provided the wrong order & many of my items were substituted without my knowledge. Upon calling twice, I was hung up on. I will not be returning & if I had the time, I would be driving back up there for a full refund!!!!

  The lady thats at the drive thru has the worse attitude everyday, on top of that they are serving raw food like you'll seriously cant cook a piece of bacon? sucks to be coming here.
