- DNDavid Newman2 days ago3.0Had a $50 take out order. Asked 3 times if all items for coffee were in the bags. Was told 3 times, yes. Get to my party and there are no creamers for the coffee. Rarely is a Dunkin order correct or on time when asked for a time to pick it up

Not just without customers, I stood there and called out "hello" a few times and never saw an employee. Believe it when they say it's slow! Hoping the new one being built on 28th ST SW isn't they same ownership! We'll see.
- SSSamuelAug 17, 20251.0Every time I go to this Dunkin, my drinks are underfilled. Especially the dunkin latte. When pulling up they always greet us saying,"welcome to dunkin,what can i start with you guys. This time they said nothing for a few minutes, and when I asked if it was alright to order they said, "you can go ahead". We went there today and the service was horrible, 11 minutes to get 2 drinks. They didn't talk to us for 2 or 3 minutes at the order taking station. And when we got up to the counter, they didn't give us the straws, tried to give us the wrong drinks and the way they was talking to us it was weird.

There is no rational way to explain giving us each individual item ordered spaced out over 22 minutes of time. As a customer I love standing at the counter like an idiot wonder what the staff is not doing to actually prepare our orders. That last thing we received was a cup of water, 7 minutes after the coffee was prepared and served...
- WNWillard NicholsAug 9, 20252.0The service was good though would have liked to have a couple napkins. I had the sourdough breakfast sandwich, loaded tater tots, and an iced tea. I don't know what Dunkins put in their eggs or iced tea but it was off. The eggs tasted less like eggs and the tea tasted like hose water. Dunkins, do better. For almost 13 dollars at least make the food taste the way it looks.
