  I have to say that we hadn't been there for a while because of poor poor customer service, but we decided to go back today to give it another chance. We were lucky that Joselyn served us; she was very friendly and pleasant. You should have more employees like her. The change in customer service was amazing. Jocelyn thank you very much for the spectacular service. Don't replace her.

  Didn’t give me a receipt. Was rude the whole time and sounds annoyed to work here and rolls here eyes.the young girl had thick black lenses and a nasty demeanor at 8:30pm on sept 30th.

  El Dunkin’ Donuts de Kissimmee es de esos lugares que siempre es un gusto visitar. El local está impecable, con un ambiente agradable y atención rápida. Mi donut preferida es la Chocolate Frosted, fresca y deliciosa cada vez que la pido. Además, su café es perfecto para comenzar el día con energía. Un lugar que combina calidad, limpieza y buen servicio, ideal para quienes vivimos o pasamos por Florida Central. Soy Jesús Contreras, El Realtor de los Hispanos.
