They were out of hash browns and everything bagels which wasnt a huge deal because they did substitute bagel bites in the meal deal. The problem came with the fact that they are charging for add ons and not giving them. By the time I noticed I was already home and when I went to just fill out the survey (the same one that you can get free stuff from if you were trying to do that) the survey code didn't work and when I tried without one it said the store number is invalid so apparently this is the only way to let them know you had a bad experience. Guess I'm just going to have to be my own quality control here as they don't have any from now on

One would think that on such a popular drink menu item that this would not happen. I have walked out of the store more than a few times with nothing because of this.
