- GSGrace Le SageSep 7, 20211.0I ordered a cold brew online (prepaid) to pick up between my classes. I get there and I'm told they're out of cold brew and they offer to make me a different drink. I say no, since I'll be late to class. I later call them repeatedly to ask for a refund with no answer. I go in to get a refund and I have to explain three times to the cashier that I DONT want a new drink, I want a refund. She gets all of my information and then says that she can't do it without her manager and to come back tomorrow. Very frustrating.

- SZShad ZokoApr 21, 20211.0Incompetent workers. In a week time frame I had one guy not give me my change of $12 and I had someone mess my order up which caused me to have an allergic reaction. I asked for a turkey croissant sandwich and was given sausage. I will never come here again!!!!!
