I could tell by the white coloring that the coffee had dairy in it. I asked nicely for it to be remade. She proceeded to yell at me. She then handed me a new drink that was basically white in color. I exited the drive-thru and entered the store. I asked the customer service Diana to please remake the drink politely. She proceeded to make the drink correctly. No apology.

Will be coming here more often, didn’t expect such amazing service and kind workers. As a fast food manager myself, i like to see people with that attitude.
