He often doesn't give me what I've asked for, and he does everything with very bad intentions. It makes me sad because Dunkin' used to be one of my favorite places, but because of these kinds of problems, it's no longer the case. Please hire a friendly and cheerful staff.

I felt bad for the pretty, thin woman with glasses behind the counter. She was doing it all by herself, no other employees around? I wanted lotto ticket; another reason why I stopped. Prob won’t be back since service was that SLOW on top of sink hole traffic.
