  I waited over 25 minutes inside to purchase 2 donuts. While there seemed to be plenty of staff, it seemed chaotic and unorganized. The lady that appeared to be in charge was a bit abrasive and not professional. For over 5 minutes, there were 3 people making drinks and no one on the register. When it finally became my turn to order, the lady in charge started filling another order, I am assuming from either a pick up order or drive through. When I told her I just needed two donuts, she did stop filling the order and get them for me. She also thanked me for my patient, but after waiting 25 minutes, my patient was worn thin....if it hadn't been for my two grandkids waiting on a donut, I definitely would have walked out. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit at this location.

  The service staff is fantastic. My complaint is as follows. We are full time travelers as we are retired. We purchase the expensive insulated refillable cup at one location and use it for refills throughout our trip. All the D and Ds except this location refill it for us by giving us a large in a separate cup at the reduced price. This place won’t do that. The first time we tried at this location we were told they stopped refills do to Covid. (As I explained most pour into a lg cup and we transfer it) the next reason they offered was we don’t have a button for that on our register. This cup is sold at the D and Ds to encourage loyalty by offering refills at a lower price. If you are going to do away with that program to economic reasons, stop selling the cups as “refillable at a lower cost”. Anyway, went down the street on our way out of town and got the cups refilled

  Every time I have come to this Dunkin, they have the best customer service of any that I have been to. They are really good at selecting employees for this location because I’ve dealt with 3, wish I remembered their names, but each of them has gone above and beyond. The other restaurants nearby have horrible customer service, but this team always makes us feel like we matter. The food is great too! Thanks for being positive and acting thankful for our business!

  Came on sat morning pulled into the parking lot, walked to the door at 915 only to find out the lobby was closed. Had to wait over 15 minutes in drive thru line. Young lady at the windows when I asked why the lobby was closed, said it was because there was so many customers and they were trying to regulate the flow. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I like to have a coffee and breakfast sitting down not in my car.
