All of their focus is on the drive-thru and they completely ignore any customers that attempt to order inside. If you do decide to order inside via the self serve kiosk, prepare yourself to stare at your order ticket hanging on the printer for ad long as they seem fit. Unfortunately I just had to walk out and lose money because the tickets were sitting there for 10+ minutes and couldn't risk being late to work due to employees that don't seem to care. Employees need to be re-trained or replaced.
