Good service and delicious coffee!
Came thru the drive thru at 6:50pm waited in line and witness drive thru worker take 3 loads of trash to the dumpster. After waiting 8 minutes in the drive thru line, we reached the speaker and were told that they were “closed”. We asked early? As this location has hours that clearly state they are open until 8pm. Pulling around the exit the location, the car in front of us was blocking our way of exiting. Leaving us waiting behind them for 5-10 minutes. They finally left and we spoke to drive thru worker and I asked why that car in front of us were served. She said they were a mobile pick up order and they had to serve them, but states there were only 2 workers there working. I pointed out one of them was taking the trash out for the last 10 minutes, and made a point they were open until 8pm. So long story short we were not served as paying customers. But they were still serving mobile orders. Don’t waste your time at this location as it appears they choose when they want to work!

I keep going through the drive thru and they’ll be closed even when their hours say the don’t close for hours. This has happened multiple times! How are they still open if they’re never are.

Terrible customer service.
Almost everytime I come through they are rushing to take orders and get something wrong. I usually just let it go and dont say anything. When i ordered today i went through the drive-through and ordered the exact drink I always get and they gave me something completely different and yelled it me when I told them, and said if I wanted something different I would have to pay. After telling them that was not acceptable they made me another drink which was again not what I asked and slammed the window without giving me all the food I ordered.
At the end of the day its just coffee, but businesses that run this way and think it is ok should hold responsibility for their actions. Do better.
Before I begin, I would easily give 5/5 stars to the morning crew. Despite being busy in the lobby/drive thru, all the workers are quick and the drinks taste good. However, this complaint is directed towards the evening. After numerous visits in the evening, I’m highly disappointed in how I am treated by a specific worker that I see often around 3:30 PM. It doesn’t matter if you’re friendly. She never smiles and starts off by saying in a nasty tone, “what do you want” instead of saying “hello” or “what can I get for you?”. On top of that, I have never once received a drink from her that was made correctly. If I asked for extra ice to keep my COLD drink from tasting room temperature, I’m handed a drink with 6 ice cubes floating at the top. If I ask for sugar, you can tell none was added and the drink tastes bitter. If I asked for a seasonal drink that is ON the ordering screen, I’m rung up for something else because she doesn’t know what it is (and before I can comment that it is incorrect, the window is immediately slammed). It doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in the drive thru, I have never ordered a drink from her that tasted how it should (yet, every other dunkin I’ve been to has made my order correctly). To the management of this location, please reevaluate who you hire in the evening. I’ve talked to multiple other people who have the same experience as I do and are getting fed up. Impressions matter. If you can’t handle customer service, do not attempt to get a job in customer service and take your negativity out on customers.
