Well that was a big mistake. They werent understaffed at all and it appeared as if they lacked team work. To wait 15 plus minutes for a coffee is wild and even more so that it wasn't made correctly, Especially when you have workers on FaceTime or walking around doing nothing but being obnoxious. Someone walked out because they were taking to long and a lady even had to ask if there was anyone working the counter because none of us were being acknowledged. And let me add I've been a server for 6 years and y'all really need to do better. Instead of the "that's not my job" mindset focus on taking care of the customers because at the end of the day, that IS YOUR JOB.
