  I have been to this Dunkin tens of time. Staff is cooperative. Their Chai Latte is good like near to precision but not extremely precise taste like Starbucks but at least better than many. Egg and Cheese with bagel is also tasty.

  I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. I ordered two drinks but was almost charged for three. When I politely corrected the mistake, I was met with unnecessary attitude instead of an apology from the cashier. The drinks themselves were not mixed properly, and when I asked for a tray, the staff member threw it at me and walked away. Another customer witnessed this as well. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this behavior.

  One worker was incredibly rude and raised his voice when I asked him to remake my coffee without sugar for my diabetic mom. And when the coworker tried to remake it he wouldn’t allow him. He also refused to redo the order for my cousin responding with “she couldn’t pay with the Dunkin card in the same transaction”. He always asks for tips.
