- MAMaria ArnoldOct 12, 20255.0I seldom leave reviews. But I feel compelled to leave one. This is my go to coffee stop. Today, I went around 12:30pm. My kids wanted a chocolate milk. The gentlemen over the intercom advised they were out of chocolate. Now most times when this happens, it is just left at that. No chocolate milk. And we move on. However, the gentlemen told me he could take a regular milk and add chocolate syrup to it, which I gladly accepted. I've been in the service industry my entire career, and this is the type of engagement and problem solving that I appreciate, and I hope that Dunkin will appreciate as well. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he had a bracelet on and blonde hair and maybe you can figure it out from the time frame I was there(Sunday 10/12/25 around 12:30pm). He deserves recognition for creating a solution on the spot instead of just telling me you are out of chocolate milk and moving on.
