I ordered a coffee and a muffin, twenty minutes later I am STILL sitting in front of the store waiting on my food. An employee came out to the car with my drink and walked away without a word and pretended to not hear me until we shouted at her to ask where the food was. There is no way in the app to report a missing item and none of the customer service numbers on line work.
