This is the “Loaded Tots” There’s nothing loaded about this order. The Tots were burnt. The coffee was terrible.

How in the world can they charge over $4 for a Ham & Swiss Stuffed Croissant? The croissant had 1 slice of ham in it. So I ate mostly bread. Ridiculous! Never again.

Horrible experience every time! Hate the service at this location! Hours never match up to the times they're actually open. People are rude. I was in the drive thru and they sat my donut in a bag in the window and the wind blew causing my donut to fall on the ground and it was the last coffee roll. They didn't offer to replace it with equal value or give me a refund. They're rude and annoying and take no accountability. Won't be back to this location

The coffee is decent, but the bagels are usually burnt when we order them. The drive-thru line often gets very long, and items are sometimes forgotten with the orders. If the drive-thru is busy, it feels like customers inside get overlooked also. Sometimes the drive-thru line is so long that you go inside instead, but it can still take 10 minutes just for the people inside to be helped.
