  Nice location, orders usually accurate but for some reason every time my drink is so sticky I can’t hardly touch it

  They close at 8 and I get there 7:40, they're already cleaning up. I ask if they have donuts and they didn't seem excited to sell me anything, so I left. The district manager or franchise owner should look at the poor reviews and fix some of these issues, like hiring people who want to sell your product and make the business money. Thanks but I won't be back.

  They were so busy, customers were rude and they still had a smile on their face. I love this location.

  Ordered two caramel crazes but only charged for one. The order screen was not working and I was only told my total ( not re-read my order). So I paid for the second drink at the window and they told me it would be right out so I pulled up out of the way. The staff member began yelling out the window that I needed to pull around again. I asked if they could just walk it out and she said no I had to get back in line to get my drink - even though it was their mistake. Did not want to wait in line so one of my kids walked in. Never been to a place where they don’t walk out the food you are kissing.

  My order was nearly perfect. The young girl serving me seemed to be having a bad day though.
