  Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location The service at this location has become unacceptable. I’ve consistently experienced rude and disrespectful behavior from a male employee working the drive-thru in the afternoons. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated so poorly, especially when other nearby locations like Winton and Colerain maintain respectful and professional staff. Even won free coffee daily, and it is not worth the rude treatment and unnecessary hassle. I strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  Coffee stay bitter each time I come like you can really taste the coffee grinds literally every cold coffee I get

  Their specialty machine was broken when we went and the tater bites tasted like floor cleaner. The coffee was as normal as it could be

  This is just for the employees Ive been serviced by who are nice workers. I just haven’t cared for the coffee, I Dont know if they’re not making it properly/ i Dont order right but the new cereal milk drinks are good and the service makes up for it for me. I hate bad service with bad product. Dunkin as a corp though gets 0 stars, they don’t answer any form of contact. This location is safe from my vandalism except I will be disputing my purchase :)
