  This particular location has had their ice machine broken for over three months… It’s frustrating because this is the closest one to my house. When I asked the representative, who worked there how come it’s been broken for so long he flat out said that he’s been trying to get some money down for over six months to fix it. That management just does not care and what’s worse is that he says this so unapologetically. What made this whole experience even worse was I ended up getting an iced coffee since their frozen coffee machine was broken and I asked to get it sweetened with with sweet cream. He had put so much sugar in my drink that IWhat made this whole experience even worse was I ended up getting a iced coffee since they’re frozen coffee machine was broken, and I asked to get it sweetened with with sweet cream. He had put so much sugar in my drink that I could literally grind it between my teeth. This location either needs to fix their machine and higher people that can make drink drinks or shut it down. This is really awful service.

  This place sucks. I went there this morning one employee on the phone in the lobby. Drive thru full of cars and one guy trying to run the inside and drive thru. I came in stood around for 10 minutes no one came to help me so I left. I wish I could give no stars because everytime I been there either bad service or they don’t have what you want. Better location in Brandermill area. Just sucks

  Last time I stop here. Somehow even when I give them twenty extra minutes they still make me late.
