Visited this store twice this week! Horrible service, horrible wait, and my two muffins dry!
Dry! dry! My 80 year old father cracked me up. he has his coffee 6 cream, 5 sugar medium, after taking a few sips I asked him how it was.. he replied, " it's 4 sugars away from being a real coffee," so drive thru was slow . Earlier in the week, I asked what's up and was told only staffed with 3ppl. I get it.. girl at counter on Saturday taking orders, no personality, no sense of urgency, long line, just stood there leaning on counter while others ran around getting orders, now she may be new, but still interact with ppl waiting. Help the guy who is having issues with his app and device, not just state "maybe refresh"... again, no sign of support or help from her..just a pulse taking orders. My observation from my viewpoint in line. So I won't be returning, avoid this store.. I spent 16.00 dollars just on Saturday, I know I work hard for my money and want at least a smile, and thank you..
