I live 5 minutes away and can place my order before leaving and it's nearly always just a quick in and out when I go to pick it up. Less than 10% of the time I will have to wait and even rarer something will be missing from the order, but they do so well with getting me in and out that it's a small matter.

I won't come back because someone who is treated badly doesn't deserve that treatment. It wasn't even full enough to deserve such treatment…
