  They have whats called equal which is a suger substitution and it doesn't have the bad after taste of stevia, or sweet n low,also there coffee tastes better to me,also a few bucks cheaper than Starbucks on the large cups of ice coffee,service is gonna very per branch per shift so dont have anything bad yo say but its gonna vary,donuts are good nothing on Krispy creme just my opinion.

  My coffee has been made wrong repeatedly when I go in the afternoons or on the weekends. Then on the 2 occasions when I asked it be made correctly I got attitude frm the employee's.I have started getting it in Swannanoa NC at that Dunkins location.Im a faithful coffee drinker who spends alot of money on Dunkins but hardly ever in my hometown. Once again I just ordered frm the Marion location and it was made wrong again.I didn't have the time to go back & have done right.

  1st issue, received bacon and egg bagel sandwich with an OVER toasted, nearly black bagel. 2nd issue, opened it up and only ONE very small strip of bacon! This location is not good and has disappointed me on more than one occasion BUT unfortunately it’s the only one in this city. Until Dunkin start taking their hiring more seriously by employing people who ACTUALLY CARE about what they give customers…they should just stick to selling donuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Place was clean, but that's where the positives end. Messed up our order, which I put in at the kiosk to ensure that it was correct, and then they made us throw away what we had before they would fix it. I'd have gladly accepted the missing ingredient in a little cup but to be told to throw it away seems wasteful and disrespectful. The best the staff could offer was "well we don't like the policy either". I've worked in food service, so I temper my expectations, but they fell well below the bar as far as acceptable service.
