- AKAshley Kay2 days ago1.0The store is super cute and clean on the inside. Last time I got a drink, I had 2 separate orders. My drink wasn't ready and there was a line behind us, so my husband offered to pull up so they could get the other orders out. They don't tell him where to pull, so he parks literally right in front of the store. It's early and there were zero other vehicles out there. The girl walks out, looking super confused even though we were the only car and RIGHT in front of the store. So we waved her over and she goes on to tell us to not park next time . Like, okay girl, we were trying to make YOUR job easier. Then forgets my straw. And not to mention, there were no donuts. This is the only DD location that I've EVER been to that never has donuts consistently. It's in the store name...keep your donuts stocked or ya'll or going to lose business.

I could definitely tell that he was new on the job. Probably his first day but he was absolutely fabulous and will come back just for his friendly service. There was a chick making coffees in the background being extremely rude to Mark and her other new employee talking trash about them to the lady working drive-thru. I understand it's hard to get help in these days but the way to keep them is to not talk trash about him for sure! Maybe you should explain the job to them so they could actually do it 🙂 keep up the good work Mark never give up!
