  I place a mobile order with 5 items and when I went to pick it up they forgot my 3pk munchkins, my donut and received 3 medium drinks when I orders one medium and two large. There was no other customers there.

  Manager I think Kathryn is her name is volatile and just bad human came in with my kids and she was so rude and angry the staff looked miserable awful experience

  Staff is lazy the manager with pink hair is rude as hell and doesn’t treat her employees with any respect . Worst Dunkin in Colorado Springs definitely will never be back in this dump

  Severely understaffed during a rush, the man taking orders kept going when the poor girl making drinks and dealing with donuts was clearly overwhelmed with very little to no help from her coworker taking drive thru orders, and she was having to take inside orders while having 10+ drinks backed up at times. Same goes for the girl in the back, they both need raises for this frfr. The guy taking orders shouldn't have to worry about drive thru times to the point of making his coworkers overwhelmed with orders and ruining the experience for customers. I came around 9-10AM on 9/27/25 and waited 25 minutes for my food and drink.

  Summer was working the kitchen and getting people's orders because the guy at the drive threw refuses to stop taking orders even though they have 10 + piled up. She is running everywhere keeping everyone happy. They are serving watered down drinks because nobody will refill the ice bucket this place is insane summer needs a raise 🙌.
