  I just moved from a place where I didn’t have a Dunkin and was stoked to see I now had one in my neighborhood. Well I shouldn’t get too excited cause after my 3rd trip here and them not having donuts I don’t think I’ll try again.

  I usually wouldn't jump to a "bad" review but I have tried to contact the store 4 times since leaving 5 minutes ago to resolve my issue and there's literally no customers in line inside or outside of the store and they're not answering the phone. I placed a mobile order for an extra large hot coffee and I got handed either a medium or large coffee. I didn't have time to sit there and ask them to remake my order, so I left and figured I'd call. But considering nobody's answering the phone.

  No one answers drive thru even when the store has no customer to serve. No Donuts, not even one….

  Ordered the $5 meal and the employee told me I couldn't customize the bread choice from bagel to croissant. This is a complete lie. If you order on the app, it allows you to do it and every single location I've gone to since then has also allowed me to do it. Ended up having to order a croissant sandwich and coffee separately which cost me an extra $5. They were also very rude and dismissive when taking my order. Would avoid this one and go to another one 5 minutes away.

  I was at this location on Saturday, August 30 around 2:30/3:00. There were 2 female employees running the drive thru. Not sure of their names but they were so wonderful!! They were both so kind and so funny. I was having a tough day and that was just the thing I needed to brighten my day. Thank you, ladies!! Whoever you are. 🙂
