  My wife had a horrible experience just trying to get someone to take her order. When an employee finally did come to the counter, he rolled his eyes at her, took her order, did not give her a receipt, then walked away to the back. Another employee who was on a personal call came inside, made the drinks wrong, then told her they couldn’t fix them because she didn’t have a receipt. My frozen coffee was also sour and I had to throw it away.

  This is the THIRD Dunkin Donuts I have been to this week all over Virginia and North Carolina that did not have much of anything. At least this one had a few doughnuts. Dunkin Doughnut Express stores are a JOKE!

  I picked a delivery up for door dash 10/1/2025 at 10a.m.. I went to the restroom before I picked my order up and the bathroom was filthy the trash was running over poop was splattered up against the toilet. The trash was over running onto the floor. I went back out and told the employees at the bathroom was really dirty I also noticed the restaurant floor itself was not clean. A short brown skin young lady with long braids and big hips said to me just like y'all want to go home so do we. Clearly the restaurant floors nor the bathroom have been cleaned the night before. I don't think I will be eating at this dunkin' donuts.

  It takes forever to order and receive food. I ordered a sweet tea and it was expired — it tasted fermented. disgusting and needs to be shut up
