I love Dunkin! But lately things have been hit or miss. I get avocado toast almost every time I go and today the toast was burnt. Whomever made could easily see it was burnt. I have had it in the past bacon left off or when I’ve added an egg the egg wasn’t added on top. The staff is always nice but the food quality is going down fast.

My Mom and I went in today 9/16/25 for a coffee, donut and hash browns. For two coffees, two donuts and two hash browns it was only $12! And we tipped as well for the excellent service.
Very clean inside and a fun atmosphere.
We will be back!

Edit: GM reached out and has made the situation aware to team. :) I wasn’t going to write a review but after seeing the other reviews, I feel it needs to be said as I worked in the food industry for half a decade and this could have been serious. Today I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. I got a bottle of water and a $6 meal. The meal was perfect, however, I noticed once I pulled away, when I went to open the water bottle, it had already been open and did not “crack” like a sealed bottle. As I inspected closer, I realized there was food all over the rim of the bottle. The girl at the window had taken the bottle from somewhere below the register at the window, I figured maybe there was a refrigerator or something below the register for easy access to bottled drinks. However, when I went back around and told the girl, she said she would grab a new one and walked all the way to the other side of the store to grab a new bottle. I fear the bottle she gave me originally was an employees personal water that they had already taken a drink out of as the water level was slightly lower than the sealed one I received as a replacement. She said she was sorry about the situation and I do understand things happen but this was a little disturbing to me. I was very close to drinking out of a strangers opened, partially consumed drink. I just hope this hasn’t happened to any customers that didn’t end up noticing. :(

I really hope the GM talks with their drive thru staff about the attitude they give paying customers for simple questions they are asking. I had quite the order today 8/31/2025 and ended up leaving at not only my interaction with the young lady at the drive thru but also overhearing the 2 people in front of me. Being busy doesn't give your employees a right to represent your business in that manner.

Came in today yo order a simple coffee and was told to hold on lady cursing put her hand up in my face and told me to calm down then after that she could not ring up my order and told me to just make my order on the touch screen after 3 attemps3to take my orderi just walked out never have I ever been treated by this company like this before. Customer next to me had same issues we just left. Very unsatisfied.
