- TETabby EvansSep 16, 20251.0Woman who took my order was very rude, rolled her eyes at me when I said I needed a minute before ordering (place was empty) and this is the coffee they gave me. Flavored milk. Would have zero stars if that were a choice.

As I am standind there ordering my drink i am adding funds to my dunkn app only to be told when i am done that they do not take payment via the app. I should have left right there, but i drove 28 miles out of the way to go to dunkn. They made my caramel latte wrong so to fix it they put 3 more pumps in the drink and said here it's fixed. From there I walked the long walk back to my car parked at the end of the parking lot only to have the coffee continously drip all over my hand, leg, shoes and the ground. I have never had an experience like this at any of the dunkn donuts I have visited throughout the United States.
