  Worse experience ever. 5 people working there and it still took 5 minutes to wait on the person in front of me! I placed my order, I always get decaf because of a heart issue, then watch to make sure they give me decaf. Thank goodness I was paying attention because the guy started filling my cup with regular after he had put in the mocha and caramel. He wasn't happy when I told him it's supposed to be decaf. There are 5 DD near me and I only stopped here because I was getting breakfast for my 94yo neighbor. Needless to say I won't be going back or recommending this one. All the other ones really hustle! The one at the corner of Cypress and Dale Mabry only have two people working there and the drive thru is always busy but that are fast, FRIENDLY and reliable. Love that place. So beware 😏 🤔

  Went thru the drive thru and was impressed by how cheerful and quick they were at noontime. The munchkins were fresh! I tried the ham and cheese croissant, it was OK.

  Just avoid going inside if you can. They’ll take forever at the counter, mess up your order, and then get upset when you ask them to correct your order. I wish this was a one off incident, but unfortunately it’s a repetitive issue. The management seems to not be able to remedy this issue. So best to stick to the drive through. They have a fully staffed drive through that always is on top of their game.
