- CYChelsea yeager5 days ago4.0Had to take one star off bc the breakfast sandwich is ok and the hash browns are nasty. Soggy and you only get 4 tiny ones. I'd have to order 3 orders lol. But I normally get donuts and iced coffee. Those are always great. But the breakfast sandwich and hash browns are a no for me.

So, I took it to the location on Kelly Ave in Edmond, Oklahoma and Nathaniel made me a fresh Dunkalatte. So good!! Thank you Nathaniel for your hospitality and for the delicious cup of coffee! All the workers at this store are amazing and this is definitely my favorite location!! Highly recommend!

- ALAlyssa LidiaSep 10, 20251.0I don’t normally leave reviews, especially a bad one! But OMG I’m hoping someone will see this and get a new manager in there or something! I went Wednesday 9/10 at around 12:20pm in the drive thru. Crew was great, very kind!! But the entire time while the girl was taking my order you can just hear someone yelling in the background. When I pulled up to the window you can still hear someone yelling. A girl handed me my drink and took my payment. Then a guy came and handed me my food after a couple minutes. The guy seemed so upset, I wanted to cry for him. I’m not sure if this is just a manager going off in the background or bullying in the workplace. Either way, NOT OKAY! The guy sighed really heavy and said “I hope you have a good day.” I told him the same and drove off . I seriously thought about turning around and giving someone a piece of my mind! I’m a manager myself in the food industry so I know how crew should be treated and this was not it!! DO BETTER!!!!
