  They never ever get my coffee right and it sucks because I always get it on my way to work so I don’t even have time to go back to get a new coffee. Plus when I ask for oat milk they charge me for it but they always use regular milk.

  Got the Dunkin Energy and it was a bit sweet but still delicious!

  I asked for a regular hot coffee. It was like drinking hot water with sugar. Can’t even make a simple cup of coffee. No other customers around either so you can’t say they were busy. Just pitiful.

  WHY ARE THEY IN OUR COMMUNITY AND DIDN’T HIRE THE MUCH NEEDED HELP!! Didn’t Service No CUSTOMER STANDING INSIDE TO ORDER !! ONLY CATERED TO DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS AND DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE ANYONE STANDING IN LINE TO INFORM THEM THEY WASN'T TAKING INSIDE ORDERS . Was extremely rude when asked why door was unlocked and letting people inside. A BUSINESS SHOULDN’T look over customers and cater to all and the crazy part about it all is that we spend our money where they don’t want to service us!!!

  I walked into this Recently opened, Dunkins 2121 95th street, and for nearly two minutes of standing waiting they NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGE ME! They clearly saw me yet NO ONE they bothered to greet me or say ANYTHING!!! No, "Hi welcome to Dunkin's how may I help you." Nothing as they continue to prepare drinks for people in the Drive-Thru. Five people were working behind that counter and yet no one bothered to at least say 1 minute, sir, no they just kept on doing what they were doing. FOR NEARLY 2 minutes! Which is a long time to just be standing there. Mind you, I was the only one inside. That was my first and LAST time going into that establishment!!!!!
