  Worst customer services, they barely had any donuts and after I went through drive through and was told I could pick different donuts I had to get down and order in the screen just to be told after I had already paid that all of the donuts I had selected were sold out and waited more than 20 min to be told that

  I ordered an iced coffee, vanilla, and asked for a whipped cream on it and when I got it at the window, it didn’t have any, so I asked the cashier if he could add it to my drink since he forgot to add it or if he could give me a cup on the side and he told me no I’ll be going back to Starbucks

  Ordered 4 drinks and 2 food items and then was told to park. They proceed to bring all my drinks with no cup holder and my car has no cup holders lmaooo I asked the girl that bought my order out for a cup holder and she just ignored me and walked away. I go ask for one and am told they dont carry cup holders😂 What kind of place sells drinks but doesn't "carry" cup holders. They also forgot one of my food items so I had to go back twice and it was just sitting there on their counter, was cold and nasty. Had to bust a mission and manage to somehow carry all 4 drinks while driving home. This place sucks and so do the workers. Would never recommend this location to anyone.

  Called to check for a update on application to see if they can check it and associates and manager spoke bad saying things about me that I don’t know her or remember her when I clearly said if they can check only and didn’t end the call kept waiting and waiting rude of there part
