  I waited in line for About 10 min just for my order not to be correct when I came inside to try to correct the manager snapped at me whoever owns this location definitely needs to replace the management cause her and her momma is so rude do not come here it’s not worth the stress

  The wait for 25 min in the drive thru is insane!! I’ve literally been sitting in this line for going on now 25 minutes like tell the person that’s in the front to pull into a spot and y’all will bring it out. It’s 11:37 am not even morning rush!!! Why do you have everybody sitting in this line waiting like this? This is ridiculous and then we can’t even get out of !!! Beyond pissed !!!!

  This is the worst experience I ever had the manager was so rude to me I went through the drive through I got my food and they messed up my order she got an attitude when I asked to fix it also she was behind the line making food with her hair all out that’s nasty!!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if there was hair in my food

  I come to Dunkin almost every morning today was the worst experience I ever had I came in and tried to order and the manager and a worker was going back and forth the environment was so hostile I had to walk out and leave couldn’t even order my food definitely need new management asap a manager should never let a situation escalate like that

  Worst Dunkin in charlotte and the sad part is its new do not come here your better off going to the one on mount holly right down the street the managers are so mean and rude not only are they rude to the customers there rude to the employees as well definitely needs to change management asap or they will run this store right into the ground terrible customer service it’s like they like arguing with customers!!!!!!!! Who argues over donuts and coffee
